Every student must adhere to the following rules to maintain a harmonious academic environment

Zero Tolerance for Ragging

Strictly Prohibited

Vijetha maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards ragging or any form of harassment. Any student involved in ragging will face immediate disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion.

  • No physical, mental, or verbal harassment
  • Anti-ragging committee monitors campus regularly
  • Anonymous complaint system available
  • Immediate action on all reported cases

Respect & Conduct

Mutual Respect

Students are expected to show respect towards faculty members, staff, and fellow students at all times. Disrespectful behavior or misconduct will not be tolerated.

  • Professional and courteous behavior
  • Respect for diverse backgrounds and opinions
  • Appropriate language and conduct
  • Cooperation with faculty and administration

No Mobile Phones on Campus

Device-Free Learning

Mobile phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited on campus premises during college hours to ensure focused learning and academic discipline.

  • Mobile phones must be switched off and deposited
  • Confiscation of unauthorized devices
  • Emergency contact available through office
  • Focus on face-to-face learning and interaction

Minimum 75% Attendance

Mandatory Requirement

Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in all subjects to be eligible for examinations. Regular attendance is crucial for academic success.

  • Daily attendance monitoring system
  • Regular attendance reports to parents
  • Medical certificates required for genuine absences
  • Counseling for students with low attendance

Principal's Authority

The Principal holds the final authority in all disciplinary matters. All decisions made by the Principal regarding student conduct, academic affairs, and campus discipline are final and binding.

Students must arrive on time for all classes and college activities

Dress Code

Proper college uniform must be worn at all times on campus

ID Cards

College ID cards must be carried and displayed when required

No Smoking/Drugs

Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on campus

Library Etiquette

Maintain silence and discipline in library and study areas

Consequences of Violation

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in the following disciplinary actions:

Level 1
Warning & Counseling

Verbal or written warning with mandatory counseling session

Level 2
Parent-Teacher Meeting

Formal meeting with parents to address behavioral concerns

Level 3
Suspension

Temporary suspension from college for serious violations

Level 4
Expulsion

Permanent removal from the college for severe misconduct
